Chapter 2 Basic Fax Transmission

Select “Fax Number” to display a list

of destinations.

Choose a destination, and then select

“

”.

z Only one destination can be selected.

z You can change the entry screen by

selecting “Email” or “Fax Number”.

z Select or to scroll the search results.

z Select “Detail” to open a more detailed

information screen.

Select “Close” to exit to the failed

information screen.

z To cancel the search operation, select

“Cancel”.

z If there are more than 100 matches, a dialog

box prompts for confirmation whether to

continue searching.

Select “Yes” to continue searching.

To abort the search with 100 matches,

select “No”.

z A message appears if an error occurs during

the search.

Press the Start key.
