Using the Address Book



Use a Key Name

If an Email Address is preprogrammed in the

address book, it can be selected by using a Key

Name.

z To use the address book, it is necessary to have

Email Addresses added to the address book in

Function Parameters. Refer to Adding an Email

Address to Address Book (see page 167).

Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 102.

Select a Key Name tab.

Select the Email Address you want to

send.

z Select the same destination to cancel the

choice.

z To enter additional Email Addresses, repeat

Step 2 and 3.

Press the Start key.

The original(s) are stored into memory with a

file number. Then starts email transmission.



Search through “Favorites”

If an Email Address is preprogrammed in the

“Favorites”, it can be selected from

“Favorites”.

z To use the address book, it is necessary to have

Email Addresses added to the address book in

Function Parameters. Refer to Adding an Email

Address to Address Book (see page 167).

z If there are any Email Addresses added in the

“Favorites”, the address book opens the

“Favorites” tab first.

Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 102.

Select “Favorites”.

Select the Email Address you want to

send.

z Select the same destination to cancel the

choice.

z To set more Email Addresses, select other

addresses.

Press the Start key.

The original(s) are stored into memory with a

file number. Then starts email transmission.
