System Setup (continued)
Setting the IP address
The IP address for communicating with the Memory
Card Video Recorder or Front-End application is
displayed. IP address is set by its range, and be added
and be deleted.
The IP address of the Front-End application or Memory
Card Video Recorder set here will be the target for
remotely updating, uploading videos, or streaming
videos. The Back-End Server tries to connect to the
Front-End application or Memory Card Video Recorder
whose IP address is set on this screen.
Conrming the Front-End IP address
The IP address of the Front-End application for
communicating with the Back-End Server is displayed
on the Front-End IP Address list.
Conrming the Recorder IP address
The IP address of the Memory Card Video Recorder
for direct communicating with the Back-End Server is
displayed on the Recorder IP Address list.
Adding an IP address
1. Click on [Add].
The IP Address Setting screen is displayed.
2. Enter the IP address.
3. Click on [OK].
The entered IP address is added to the address list
on the DB/Network setting screen.
4. Click on [Apply].
The address will be registered to the database.
Notes
The top three octets of IP address for “To” cannot be
entered.
For the following cases, an error message appears:
-The address is not entered.
-The address is invalid.
Deleting IP address
1. Select the address to be deleted on the
address list.
Multiple addresses can be selected.
2. Click on [Delete].
A conrmation dialog box is displayed.
3. Click on [Yes].
The selected address is deleted, and the DB/
Network setting screen is updated.
4. Click on [Apply].
The updated address will be registered to the
database.
Cancel deleting
Click on [No] in the conrmation dialog box or [Cancel]
on the DB/Network setting screen.
Streaming is not available at present. Upgrading is
scheduled for the future.
