Troubleshooting

Unable to print to a device

An error message appears if the software is unable to print to a device.

Verify the device status. After correcting the problem, click the

Retry

button to restart the operation.

Error Messages

This application is already running

An error message appears if you try to start the Direct Printing System when the Direct Printing System is

already running.

The same le has been already added.

This message appears if the same le has already been specied to print to a device. To remove the le, use

the

Delete

button in the Direct Printing System window.
