Digital TV
Before requesting service or assistance, please follow these simple guides to
solve the problem.
If the problem still persists, please contact your local Panasonic dealer for
assistance.

Due to the digital reception technologies involved, quality of the Digital TV
signals may be relatively low in some cases, despite good reception of
Analogue TV channels.
Unable to receive signals with a high-performance aerial
●
Install an aerial individually for the TV and VCR (or use a splitter).
Unable to receive TV signals
●
Check the RF cable connection. Refer to “Special notices for receiving
digital terrestrial services”.
Watching > Basic > Basic connection
●
If you use an RF selector, confirm that the correct TV signal is selected.
Interference or frozen / disappearing image
●
Check Signal Condition. If the level of Signal Quality is low, check aerial.
Watching > Tuning and editing channels > Signal Condition
●
Turn the TV off with Mains Power On / Off switch, then turn it on again.
