1 Press the [MENU] button and then set the item with the

Jog Ball. (P18)

2 Press the Shutter button to take a

picture.

• If you press the [MENU] button while the self-

timer is activated (while the Self-timer Lamp 1

is blinking), the self-timer is cancelled.

≥ Set the self-timer every time you record pictures.

≥ It is convenient to put this unit on the USB cradle when you record

pictures from a long distance.

≥ If you set the self-timer to [2 s], it is convenient to prevent camera

shake when pressing the Shutter button.

≥ You cannot use the self-timer when you record pictures in [MPEG4]

and [Voice] mode.
