• Check the volume of the ringing tone.

• Check if the telephone number of the

caller is registered in the blacklist.

Switch to reception

mode during

message recording.

• Make sure that silence during recording is

not prolonged more than the 6-sec. limit.

• The voice of the caller is too soft and

detected as no sound.

Voice messages

received without talking

Caller hangs up the phone without talking.

Cannot activate

‘OUT’ mode.

• Check if memory is full.

• Delete messages.

• Print out documents.

Transmission stops.

Transmitting Check if the telephone line cord is

disconnected.

Cannot transmit

overseas.

• Set [OVERSEAS COMM.] to ‘ON’.

Alarm is heard after
