Ensure that Dual Tuner Mode is set to On in LNB Configuration to display
DVB-S both in two windows.
Watching > Tuning and editing channels > Auto Setup

Dual tuner function (watching or recording 2 programmes simultaneously,
watching a programme while recording another programme, etc.) is not
available while using DVB-via-IP server function.
●
Not valid in Analogue
●
Data services are not available in multi window.
●
You cannot change the aspect ratio in multi window.
●
External input mode can only be displayed either on the main screen or
sub screen.
●
HDMI and DisplayPort inputs are available for the main screen.
●
Some signals are reformatted for suitable viewing on your display.
