Basic
• To achieve good a 3D effect, we recommend that you record with the distance to the subject set
as follows. Outside this range, left-right distortion increases and may prevent the 3D effect
being achieved at the edges of the image.
• The angle of view may change when pressing the shutter button halfway to record subjects that
are closer than the recommended range below, as the distortion is adjusted automatically. The
3D pictures will be recorded with the angle of view when the shutter button is pressed halfway.
The recommended ranges for 3D recording are target ranges.
Note
•
You cannot record 3D pictures in vertical orientation.
Following menus can be set.

¢ Settings may be different from other [Rec] Modes.
Pay attention to the following points when 3D picture recording.
•
Where possible, record with the unit in a horizontal state.
• Be careful not to get too close to the subject.
• Be careful not to shake the camera while in a vehicle or walking.
